Return/Refund Policy

RETURN PERIOD:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.



There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given (if applicable)

Item with obvious signs of use. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts that are not due to an error on our part, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable items.



RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use the contact form at the top of the page and email us. We will reply to you within 24 hours after receiving your message.



EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE):

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us by clicking "Contact Us" at the top of this page.

We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours.



SHIPMENT:

To return your product please email us with instructions and we will respond within 24 hours. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to reach you.
