General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Provider and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop 6extase.ch (hereinafter referred to as "Shop").

By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

A contract is formed as soon as you submit your order at checkout and receive an order confirmation via email. The seller may refuse orders without giving reasons, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

3. Requirements and age verification

By placing this order, you confirm that you are of legal age and entitled to purchase the ordered products. The seller reserves the right to refuse orders if there is any doubt about your age.

4. Prizes

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).

Whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depends on the display in the shop and at checkout. The amount shown at checkout at the time of ordering is decisive.

Any shipping costs, service fees or surcharges will be displayed transparently in the checkout before the order is completed.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The provider may change or remove individual payment methods at any time.

Depending on the payment method, the charge will be processed immediately or according to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery area

We currently deliver within Switzerland, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6.2 Shipping methods and shipping costs

The available shipping methods and any applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

6.3 Immediate dispatch for in-stock items (delivery on the next day)

Items marked as in stock or ready for immediate dispatch in the shop will be dispatched on the same working day if ordered by 4:30 pm (Swiss time) and are usually delivered on the next working day.

Exceptions:

• Orders placed after 4:30 pm will be shipped the next working day.

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• In individual cases, delays may occur due to force majeure or disruptions at the shipping service provider.

6.4 Standard delivery time for non-stock items

Items not marked as in-stock or ready for immediate dispatch will be delivered within the standard delivery time displayed in the shop or at checkout. Mixed shopping carts (in-stock and out-of-stock items) may be delivered separately.

6.5 Partial deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. You will only incur additional shipping costs if this is explicitly stated at checkout.

6.6 Delivery address and deliverability

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if a shipment is refused, you may be charged for any additional costs incurred.

6.7 Discreet Shipping

We ship discreetly in neutral packaging. The package contains no indication of the contents or our shop.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

8. Returns, exchanges and hygiene

8.1 Principle

Returns are only possible with prior consent and in accordance with the following conditions. The condition of the goods upon receipt by the supplier is always decisive.

8.2 Hygiene products and exclusion for opened or unsealed products

Many items in this shop are hygiene products. For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns and exchanges are excluded once a product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tried.

8.3 Voluntary return of unopened goods

Unless otherwise stated in the shop or on the returns page, the provider grants a voluntary return for unused, unopened and originally sealed goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• the goods are undamaged

• all accessories are complete

• the original packaging is intact

The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 Defects, transport damage and incorrect deliveries

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Defects, transport damage, or incorrect deliveries must be reported by email to [email address] within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo or video. After inspection, we will offer, at our discretion, repair, replacement, or refund, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Warranty and Guarantee

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply, where mandatory.

An additional warranty only applies if it is explicitly stated for the respective product or if the manufacturer grants one. In this case, the manufacturer's warranty terms take precedence.

10. Liability

The provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.

11. Product Use and Safety

The products should be used according to the respective instructions. You are responsible for proper use, cleaning, and maintenance. If you have any health concerns or known intolerances, we recommend seeking medical advice before use.

12. Vouchers and discount codes

Vouchers and discount codes are only redeemable within the specified period and according to the respective terms and conditions. Cash payment is excluded unless absolutely necessary.

13. Customer reviews and content

If the shop provides features for reviews or content, you agree to provide truthful, factual, and legally compliant information. The provider may remove content that is illegal, infringes the rights of third parties, or is not appropriate for the shop.
